The CPM Company bought the Vesta company

CMP announces completion of the deal to acquire the ‘Vesta’ paper enterprise. The company will become a part of Polotnyano-Zavodskaya Paper Manufactory (PZPM, LLC).

This step will increase the production of corrugated board, expand the range of corrugated board products and in future will become one of the leading Russian manufacturers of corrugated packaging.

Vesta company, LLC has been working in the corrugated board market since 1990. The first production was established in Khimki, Moscow Region. In 2000 a factory was built in Kondrovo, Kaluga region. The company successfully produces corrugated board and microcorrugated board packaging. The company has modern imported equipment for the production of corrugated boxes, non-standard corrugated products and self-folding corrugated packaging with printing in up to four colors.
