The CPM Company acquired the Troitsk Paper Mill

CPM Company announces completion of the deal to acquire the shares of JSC Troitskaya Paper Mill (TPM). Polotnyano-Zavodskaya Paper Manufactory (PZPM LLC) became the main shareholder of the factory.

The Troitsk Paper Mill became the fourth company of the Consolidate Paper Mills. The acquisition of the TPM will make it possible to more comprehensively satisfy the customers’ needs for packaging and printing paper, as well as to increase the export potential of the company.

Troitsk Paper Mill was founded more than 230 years ago, in 1786. It is one of the oldest enterprises of the Russian pulp and paper industry. It is the only parchment manufacturer in Russia. In addition, TBF produces various types of paper and composite materials. The mill exports to 55 countries on six continents.
